Data collected
When you use the contact form, I only collect:
- Your name
- Your email address
- The content of the message you send
No other data is collected without your knowledge. This site uses no advertising tracking tool (no Google Analytics, no Facebook pixel, no ad cookies banner).
Purpose
Your data is used exclusively to:
- Reply to your enquiry
- Issue a quote where relevant
- Keep a history of our exchanges to follow up on the project
Your data is never sold, rented or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent (voluntary form submission) and on the legitimate interest to reply to your business enquiry.
Retention
Your data is kept for 3 years from our last exchange, in line with CNIL guidelines for business prospecting. Beyond this period, it is automatically deleted.
Recipients
Your data is only accessible to me (Thomas Barthelemy). It is stored on Supabase servers (see Legal notice) and may transit through Vercel for hosting. No other third party has access.
Your GDPR rights
Under the GDPR, you have the following rights over your personal data at any time:
- Right of access: obtain a copy of your data
- Right of rectification: correct inaccurate data
- Right to erasure: ask for your data to be deleted
- Right to object: refuse processing
- Right to portability: get your data in a readable format
